Current Year to date disclosures

Our diverse client database, both domestic and international has expanded to approximately 1200 corporation/businesses. 85% are domestic corporations, 15% are international companies with both US and overseas operations. Domestic companies with foreign interests and foreign companies with US exposure showed greatest percentage increases, based upon new client contracts, this trend will continue.

7 out of 12 attorneys have 6 or more interviews.
5 out of 12 attorneys have three or more written offers.
4 out of 12 attorneys accept new positions.

We feel that our current marketing program is seamless, but one variable eludes us. Changing time frames. Companies are interviewing more candidates for open positions and pending situations have moving target dates. As a result, transition time frames are being stretched to 9-13 months from inception to acceptance.
