Lawyers Career Options LLC roots can be traced to a small functional niche within the venture capital and merger/acquisition arena.  Staffing start-ups and emerging companies with attorneys served several functions.  Eliminate the need for outside counsel, legal and business issues were paramount, investors got {more bang for their buck}.  And, attorney/management had incredible business exposure and experience.  Our current principals have more than thirty years exclusive experience in recruiting and placing attorneys with major law firms and corporations, both domestic and international.  Both retained corporate clients and attorneys had input as to our current structure and business model.  Our corporate clients wanted flexibility, unrestricted candidate access and of course cost efficiency.  Lawyers wanted quality career enhancing opportunities along with confidentially and objective, timely career advice.  With the advent of Lawyers Career Options LLC, both clients and candidates are well positioned to explore mutually advantageous situations.
